At Shaanti Minds, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgement.

I am a qualified counsellor, practising from a trauma-informed and psycotherapeutic perspective, supporting adults experiencing: anxiety, grief and loss, emotional difficulties, and life challenges. I also have experience working with neurodiverse individuals and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I offer a trauma-informed, grounding approach to help you gently process deep-seated emotional wounds and past shocks, building resilience while finding your footing within a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space that supports your individual needs.

Major shifts can feel jarring and unsettling. Together, we gently explore these changes and the patterns in your relationships, so you can navigate them with more clarity, resilience and a stronger sense of your own inner resources.

How I Work

I work in a person-centred, caring and empathetic manner with a trauma-informed approach, meaning I am mindful of how past and present experiences may affect you in the here and now. Sessions are calm, supportive and guided by your pace. Together, we can build understanding and awareness, helping you feel more connected to yourself and more able to manage your thoughts and emotions. Where helpful, mindfulness-based approaches may support grounding and present-moment awareness.
